SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is fast and free throughout Italy for orders over €49.90. Delivery occurs within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
Free returns are allowed within 14 days of the purchase date.
We are committed to providing the simplest and most convenient shopping experience possible in a safe and reliable way.
NB! Returns must be communicated via email to info@magiclash.it within 24 hours of receiving the product.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
- Defective Product: If the product you received is defective.
- Glue Adhesive Dried Out: If the glue adhesive arrives dry and unusable.
- Defective lashes or glue: If the application of eyelashes is impossible due to defects in the lashes or glue.
NB ! It is not possible to request a return or refund for used products unless they fall within the issues specified above.
Returns for new and sealed products: If the product is new and still sealed, you can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving it.
How do I request a return or refund?
To request a return, follow these simple steps:
1) Send an email to info@magiclash.it with the subject line: "RETURN" followed by your order number.
2) In the email, clearly specify the reason for the return and attach photos documenting the problem encountered.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse.
Reimbursement
Once we receive the product at our warehouse and inspect it, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
